• Support and communication information such as feedback, support messages, and survey responses you choose to send us.
• Technical information such as device type, app version, crash diagnostics, and service logs needed to operate and secure the app.

2. Permissions and Device Access

Aprendos may request access to certain device features in order to provide app functionality:

• Camera access to let you take a profile photo.
• Photos or media library access to let you choose a profile photo from your device.
• Microphone access for speaking exercises, voice conversations, and other audio-based learning features.

You can control these permissions in your device settings, but some app features may not work correctly if access is denied.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Deliver lessons, graded readers, speaking features, and progress tracking.
• Personalize your learning experience and save your progress across devices.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, restorations, and voice-minute top-ups.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers and app stores, including Stripe, Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card details on Aprendos servers.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate Aprendos, which may process information on our behalf, including:

• Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, and cloud functions.
• RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management.
• Stripe for web billing and payment processing.
• Google Play and Apple App Store for in-app purchases and subscription processing.
• Analytics, diagnostics, and infrastructure providers used to monitor app reliability and performance.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:

• Provide the service through the providers described above.
